Let me introduce a lubrication system cooler commonly used in our company, mainly applied to large transmission equipment such as gearboxes, port container cranes, coal mine conveying equipment, wind power generation equipment, etc. Behind me is the lubricating oil cooling system for the gearbox of the port container crane equipment, which is currently undergoing on-site simulation and commissioning and has just passed customer acceptance.The system is mainly composed of motor pump units, filters, oil flow indicators, coolers, temperature sensors, PLC control boxes, and other parts. The system is controlled by a PLC program with a DP interface, which can achieve remote control. When the working temperature of the gearbox rises to the set temperature, the temperature sensor is input into the PLC system, and the motor pump unit and cooling fan start working. The gearbox oil starts to cool down through the cooler. When the temperature drops to the set stop temperature, the oil pump and fan stop working. For example, this cooling system is set to start cooling at 70 ℃ and stop at 50 ℃. When the oil passes through the pipeline, the oil flow indicator is closed. When the filter is blocked, the oil filter alarm is turned on, effectively protecting the normal operation of the cooling system. This equipment is also equipped with a motor heating system that stops heating when the temperature is above 25 ℃, effectively extending the motor life.
