What information do I need to provide to get a custom quote?

To provide an accurate design and quote, we typically need the following parameters:

  • Heat dissipation requirements (e.g., total heat load in kW).
  • Fluid types & flow rates (for both internal and external circuits).
  • Operating environment (ambient temperature, altitude, corrosive conditions, etc.).
  • Space constraints & dimensional limits. If you have preliminary 3D drawings, P&ID diagrams, or specific certifications required (like ATEX), please share them with our engineering team.
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for custom projects?

We understand that custom projects require rigorous testing before mass production. Therefore, we do not have a strict MOQ for the prototyping phase. We support our clients from manufacturing a single prototype (1 unit) for testing and validation, all the way to scaling up for mass production.

What is the typical lead time for a custom prototype and mass production?

Lead times vary depending on the complexity of the project. Generally:

  • Thermal Design & 3D Modeling: 1-2 weeks.
  • Prototype Production: 3-5 weeks after drawing approval.
  • Mass Production: 4-8 weeks, depending on the order volume and material availability. Our 3,231 m² modern facility and in-house vacuum brazing furnaces allow us to control the schedule tightly and expedite urgent
